[PHP-DEV] Win32 pre-Beta 4 From: Andi Gutmans (andi <email protected>)

I have posted a Win32 build of PHP 4 for testing before we release Beta 4.
There have been a lot of fixes/enhancements since Beta 3.
Thanks to the author of the Expat library who allowed us to include it
inside the PHP distribution the XML/WDDX modules are now supported in the
standard build.

Please let us know of any problems (especially if you're an NT user as
Win95/98 users tend to have very weird unsolvable problems). You can file a
