PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: Sybase-ct apache compilation failure
While compilig Apache 1.3.12 with php with sybase-ct support, it fails on some bsd_tcp (suppose to be some sybase function). Adding -linsck to libs helps. Sybase ASE-11.0.3.
