Would this be an appropriate thing for autoconf?
ie, if bsd_tcp symbol exists in libsybtcl.so, then add
-linsck to the list of libs to be added?

It seems to be limited to some older versions of sybase.
I checked all libs in Sybase 11.5.1 and 11.9.2 on both
Linux and Solaris, and did not come across this symbol.
