Sorry for bothering you again. The problem I had submitted was solved. I
just commented some of the DB library related modules (I guess, one of them
would require ntwdblib.dll for loading. Is it php3_mssql.dll ?).

php binary does not run on my WinNT. It says "Cannot find ntwdblib.dll" -- I
don't know how to get this DLL, this was not a part of the PHP distribution.
Perhaps, this explains why I could not run php3 script on the browser.
