PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: The Interbase module won't compile.
The interbase module is far from be finished !
When compiling with "php4dllts" project, it seems that IBS_FETCH are forgotten and it won't compile ...
After adding "*_FETCH" macros, it still crash with IBase libs 6 Beta.
