Unfortunately, PHP 4 is being delayed due to some licensing issues. From
a technical standpoint, it's been ready for release since early April as
expected, but it may take a couple of weeks before it officially comes
out.

My recommendation to everyone is to use PHP 4, whether they're just
starting up or considering an upgrade from PHP 3. It's superior to 3 in
every aspect.
