PHP Bug Type: Scripting Engine problem
Bug description: Access Violation
When using php4rc1 as ISAPI-Module on my (german) Win2k Server with IIS5 and when accessing pages that use the MySQL-Library, I get sometimes empty pages with the text
PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 011C8871
on it. Reloading the page helps
