I don't intend to offer what you are looking for, but mind me for asking:
what makes you think you will find investors here? It's not impossible,
but this is a technical forum an usually investors don't care much about
technical issues as long you can prove your business proposal is worth
funding.

Usually you start by writing a convincing business plan, then you present
it to possible investors and if they like it they make you a business
proposal to finance it. You don't need to have a product, although if you
do it may be easier to explain how your business will work.

Anyway, if you already have your convincing business plan in paper, what
you should do is to talk with investors in private, not come to public
foruns giving away your ideas to possible competitors. These are the
common business procedures. I hope it helps you.
