Bug description: Missing PNG and JPEG functions in 3_0_16 distribution
The download from http://www.php.net of the Windows binaries for the version
3.0.16 of PHP includes effectively a GD related dll.
This version is said to support GD 1.8.x.
Unfortunately, it seems useless unless perhaps if you use the WBMP format.
Effectively, the GIF oriented functions have been removed, as expected.
But, unfortunately, they are not replaced by PNG and JPEG support.
The functions imagePng, imageJpeg, imageCreateFromPng and
imageCreateFromJpeg are still missing.
