You are right, it seems the bug is in ibase libgds. Interesting point is,
that isql runs fine (thats how we found the problem) !
I will try to have a look at isc_decode_date and what isql calls to
find a solution.

On the other hand, setting isdst to -1 should result in wrong date only
in case when local (php3-ibase client) and ibase server differ in isdst
parameter. I'll let you know what i found.
