Bug description: load php3_ldap module fix

On win98 with php 3.0.6 I was unable to use ldap
because it couldn't load php3_ldap..

I asked a friend that has a windows c compiler to
search for msvcrtd.dll and he emailed it to me.
I put it in c:\windows directory and that fixed the problem
for me.
