Bug description: Authentication fails always after installing ISAPI
After installing the ISAPI Module of PHP4 RC1 authentication always fails.
What I mean is that every web site where authentication is turned on and the ISAPI module is installed cannot be accessed because the authentication fails even if correct Password and username is entered.
