PHP Bug Type: Installation problem
Bug description: inetinfo.exe crashes after reboot
I'm using IIS4.0 with WWW, FTP, JSP, MySQL and Mail installed on NT4.0 sp5. It's running with MDAC 2.5 (odbc). After installing PHP using the provided install instructions, PHP works. After rebooting the system
doesn't start any of the IIS services. (inetinfo.exe crashes according to dr. watson caused by an unknown ODBC call) Removing the ISAPI filter and the file associations returns the system to working order.
