Hi,
I have just tried to make a manual on va.php.net. But there seems that
some basic packages are broken. Russian entities aren't available.
I have checked the other programs I need for the the manual, but the basic
DocBook installation is broken.
If it is working again, I will try to compile a PDF manual. Hartmut has
introduced a treesaving flag for configure. This means, a PDF manual can
be produced out of the XML source (something between 600 to 700 pages).
