Currently we have:

Apache
CGI
ISAPI
NSAPI
PHTTPD

Roxen
Java Servlet
thttpd

Pretty inconsistent. Perhaps, we could have a char *name and char
*pretty_name. The first one would be returned by php_sapi_name() and the
second one will show up in the info page.
