  It happens here in the following environment:

    - Windows 2000 Professional
    - Apache 1.3.12
    - PHP 4.0.1-CVS compiled as CGI

  If I compile php4apache.dll (which only works if you remove everything
but the includes from apache_1.3.12\src\os\win32\readdir.h) and use it
as ApacheModule the current snapshots work. But this ApacheModule
crashes when used with certain modules.
