  I can offer Win2000/Apache1.3.12/MySQL/Module

  How can one do this?

Since somewhen between 4.0.0 Final and 4.0.1 the build process of the
ApacheModule on Win32 is broken.

Daniel Beulshausen, who is currently preparing a (german) article on
compiling PHP and its modules on the Win32 platform, told me the
following trick: Remove everything but the includes from
apache_1.3.12\src\os\win32\readdir.h and rebuild. It works, but surely
isn't what we're looking for :-/
