Last minute someone on IRC pointed out that the then-currently-available
Windows release was tagged as Patchlevel 1. It was just before I
committed new pl1 binaries. I guess Sascha or Andi changed the links and
filenames for the re-released Windows binaries...
To avoid further confusion, I decided to go with pl2...
