Bug description: Invalid HTML links
There are invalid links in the documentation in section XII. Database (dbm-style) abstraction layer functions.
There are invalid links referencing Sleepycat Software's DB2; another referencing GNU database manager; another referencing cdb. All of them contain A HREF="".
