[PHP-DEV] "help needed" option for bug system From: waldschrott (waldschrott <email protected>)

I think we should add "help needed" as a state for the bug system, If
anyone has reviewed a bug but neither can nor cannot verify it, help is
need from another (qa?)member.

Is somebody out there using Win ME for Bug id #5712
