There are more books at http://php.net/books.php. I have read today Tobias
Ratschillers book. I got it directly from Macmillan. If you order your PHP
books through http://php.net/books.php you can make a financial
contribution to the PHP development.

On this site, I mentioned, there are also new books from Julie Meloni, it
should be on the bookshelfs this month, and many more.
