Here, in Brazil, I have a cron job set to run every day at 04:00 am.

What about a dump of the database and instructions on how to set up and
import it in the mirror like that one for htdig? We could take the entire
database dump at first day of the year and grab sequential differences
each day. Mirror scripts should import data into local database. No need
for XML and mirrors would be syncrhonized with the master site.
