Should be fixed in the latest CVS. Please grab it or grab the latest snapshot at snaps.php.net. If you're still having problems then opena new bug report. If you don't compile PHP 4 on Windows by yourself then you can mail me <andi <email protected>> and I'll mail you new binaries to test with
