HEAD requests with Output Buffering on cause Apache to enter an infinite
loop consuming as much CPU as it can get on Solaris systems. See bug
IDs 6088 and 5649. Exists in 4.0.1p2 and as far as I know the current
CVS version. Further details at bugs.php.net!
I'd think this needs to be fixed before 4.0.2 if possible, it leads to a
trivial "DoS" attack on PHP-based Solaris servers ...
