OK, by coincidence I also wrote a chapter for manual on this (and even
XMLized it - this stuff is pretty easy as it turned out) even before
lookin at André's work. Please look at that too (references.xml in manual
tree). I will look at André's work and make a merge tomorrow. Please also
look at mine - corrections/suggestion are welcome.
