it´s ok. now, andi has removed his bug-fix, which caused
this strange behaviour
and it was a reference issue I think, if you´re interested,
it was in zend_execute.c, it was a bug fix from july (andi)
was sth. like separate_args_if_not_ref (from memory) and
at this point it led to weird memory mapping erros
