[PHP-DEV] Performance problems with Windows and strings From: Andi Gutmans (andi <email protected>)

Hi,

I can't remember who but someone posted problems with the Windows release
being much slower with large strings than the version I posted a while ago.
I think it might be fixed now. If whoever it was that complained about it
can build the latest CVS that would be good. Otherwise, I can send a new
build to check if it really solved the problem.
