[PHP-DEV] Moved virtual cwd stuff to TSRM From: Andi Gutmans (andi <email protected>)

Guys,

I have moved the virtual cwd stuff to TSRM. The move was hard and for some
reason when I move the V_* #define's from php.h to tsrm_virtual_cwd.h my
Windows build crashes, so I left it this way for now.
I am sure there will be some problems as it's a big change so speak up if
you bump into weird stuff or build problems. It'll take some time to stabilize.
Off to sleep... Now if I'd just manage to move those damn V_* macros.
