        Sorry about the old banner. The 4.0.2 banner is in place now --
with the same look as the old one. :)

        Zak's idea is good; we could react much more quickly to new versions
if someone in the PHP group were to make banners available on PHP.net. We
do try and keep up, but every now and then the banners fall out of date.
