I've been getting:

shanna% cvs -z3 diff -u strings.xml
cvs [diff aborted]: connect to cvs.php.net:2401 failed: No route to host

...for about the last 3 minutes. http://cvs.php.net also fails with
'connection refused'. However, cvs.php.net does respond to pings.

Any ideas?
