PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem
Bug description: need to update cygwin intruction
on http://www.php.net/version4/win32build.php
The "Preparations" section refers to the previous instlattion of cygwin tools.
NOTE that full.exe is no longer availabe instead there
is a setup.exe program.
"...Unlike previous net releases such as B20.1 and earlier, there is no monolithic "full" or "usertools" installation. Rather, you can pick and choose the packages you wish to install, and update them individually..."
