There is always a chance! ;)
I've recieved a few replies already to the effect that some people would be interested in
such a thing.

I guess the question is, might the php team wish to provide such a forum or will we have
to find another spot on the web to call home?
I'll let this sit for a day or two .. if the php team isn't keen on providing such an
arena, then theres no reason why we can't set up some
bullitin board somewhere. Hell, I'll even host it on my own domain if I can ;)

Again, to clarify, this is for people who wish to discuss their
experiences/problems/questions about extending php out the back via its C module API. I'd
be happy to spearhead this initiative and see that it gets done.
