[PHP-DEV] Moving stuff out of php4/ From: Andi Gutmans (andi <email protected>)

Hey,

I think it would be nice to cleanup the php4/ dir a bit. Maybe have a docs/
and misc/ directory and I think there are a couple of things which can go
into build/.
What do you guys think?
