You mean the NEW bug reports? They don't seem to have that url in them..

Hmm..maybe that mailing should be more intelligent? When it mails the
report to php-dev it has 'edit=1' added?

p.s. I tried to modify bugs.php but it seems like that I couldn't do
it..although the commit went through.
