It is on Zend's CVS server. Same checkout but instead of Zend directory
it's in the ZendAPI directory. If you have the right tools installed you
can create HTML by running ./compile (I personally don't know the whole
XML->HTML process too well:).
We can probably also make a downloadable HTML version available. We opened
a mailing list for people to join who want to help improve both the
documentation and the process (stylesheets and so on). Right now I think
the HTML version can be improved quite a bit especially the way the
hierarchy is displayed on the left of your screen.
