Yes, it's time for that. Coincidentally, I happen to live in the same city
as Jarkko Hietaniemi, "The Self-Appointed Master Librarian (OOK!) of the
CPAN". I guess I could contact him and offer a few beers for exchange of
first-hand information of what can go wrong and how, and maybe a few
positive hints too.
