On an NT box? Strange. But I'm not the only one experiencing
this problem (the bug #7723 wasn't posted by me).
4.0.3pl1 builds just fine. Actually, I've rebuilt it right
now against apache-1.3_20001031111201.tar.gz just to make sure.
Every snapshot after that I have tried breaks. That is
php4-200010220845.tar.bz2 through php4-200010310645.tar.bz2.
I don't remember whether I had built a post-4.0.3pl1 snapshot
older than php4-200010220845.tar.bz2.

NT4 SP5, VC 6.0 SP4 and NT5 SP1, VC 6.0 SP4.
