There is totally NOTHING about strtotime on your report.

BUT IT CLEARLY SAYS "ABOUT ANY" and not "ALL", and please be nice. We created
a wonderfull free langauge, and dont need this kind of insults from you.
Oh, and stop the damn CAPITALS.
