I've tried with both Internet Explorer 5.05 and Netscape Navigator
4.05. With IE, after a few seconds it generally dies with "the page cannot
be displayed". With Navigator it simply dies without reloading a new page
or displaying an error. Both of these clients are on Windows 98. You can
try it at:

(I am running the 4.0.4-dev version for now, though this is a live server I
can live without the uploading capability today).
