A trademark application costs a bundle, so I'm not sure it's worth it. If
we decide to register a trademark, it'll be under the PHP Group (or
Association) name.

Well then, approving a trademark takes ages, so I guess that's not much of
an option.

I think we may still have hope with clause 3 of the license. It's really
pissing me off that I'm actually working for him. And we may also decide
to go the way of bad publicity... He is being extremely ungrateful.
