Sorry, but it would be nice to have an answer to the point about Bug id
#7919. I have seen two such questions in mail lists this year and nobody
answered. It seems to be incorrect when fopen("C:/temp/myfile.xx","w+")
works fine but fopen("M:/myfile.xx","w+"), where M is only a letter for
"network drive" for C:/temp - does not working.
