The code was there for some time now. I didn't know why those
txts aren't generated already.

I think it would be better to put that txts in the rsync
space, so normal rsyncing will send them to the mirrors,
and no additional setup is required. It would work
automatically with that method on all mirrors. I cant
wait to see this very useful feature on mirror sites.
The hungarian mailing list members asked me, when those
annotations will be available on hu.php.net. :)
