I don't envision losing any functionality. For example, all the existing
pages (many of which have their own buttons on the main site) can be
lumped under the new "resources" or "support" sections ... which could
probably be one section anyway.
As for the quick ref, I don't want to lose it either. I can easily add
another search field to the framework, or maybe the "search" function
becomes smarter and has quick-ref functionality built in.
I don't quite understand the comment about the logo.

This is what Rasmus and Zak have pretty much already encoded. In fact, we
envision people going right into the web interface to add their site into
our listing. Then someone from php-dev just needs to login in and approve
or reject all the pending listings.
