If you´ve general questions regarding use, installation and
configuration of PHP, please contact php-general <email protected> or
subscribe at php-general-subscribe <email protected>

Your question belongs to php-general <email protected>, anyway some hints:
1) use header() to send headers in PHP, read the manual on this.
2) also, why do you use .cgi? use .php, you write you're using php as an
apache module and then you want to use .cgi, I guess you don't know
exactly what you're doing, again please read the manual and then contact
php-general or another list/phorum of your choice

regards,
andré
