[PHP-DEV] unable to fork??? From: AMEDD Knowledge Exchange (webadmin <email protected>)

when using the exec( ) function, i receive the following error:
Warning: Unable to fork [d:\bt.exe]

the function works fine on my server with PHP 3.0 installed, however the
server with zend installed produces this error.

does anybody know what this means???
