Apache terminates with Segfault (11) when PHP and mod_perl are installed.

Have MySQL 2.23.28
mod_perl 1.24_01
php 4.0.3pl1
mod_ssl 2.7.1

Server worked fine with everything but php installed. Configured PHP as DSO with:

./configure --with-mysql=/usr/local --with-xml --enable-track-vars --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs --enable-magic-quotes --disable-debug --with-gettext

Server starts fine:

[Sat Nov 25 21:09:21 2000] [notice] Apache/1.3.14 (Unix) mod_perl/1.24_01 PHP/4.0.3pl1 mod_ssl/2.7.1 OpenSSL/0.9.6 configured -- resuming normal operations

Dies when calling any web page:

[Sat Nov 25 21:09:37 2000] [notice] child pid 13537 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)

Using default php.ini

Any ideas?
