In case anyone else is interested, this asshole's site is actually at
209.1.224.17, and is hosted on Yahoo! - GeoCities. The Acceptable Use
policy does exclude using spam to advertise a site, and possibly other
offenses.

If anyone else would like to complain to the web site owner, the
complaint form is at:

   http://geocities.yahoo.com/main/contact/alert_form.html

His current email account is hosted at Mail.com, and the feedback form
is:

   http://www.mail.com/mailcom/supportform.jhtml

Or you can send a copy of the email, with headers to:

   abuse <email protected>

The messages are clearly against the mail.com policy. A few complaints
may not stop him, but at least we can cause him extra work to set up
shop somewhere else. Maybe we will be lucky and he will leave our mail
lists alone.
