I actually do "enforce" this on all PHP installations I maintain, but
imagine the amount of mail that will pour over php* <email protected> when
people's <?hairy()?> code stop working? :-)
We distribute two php.ini files, why not set short_open_tag to "off" in
php.ini-optimized?
