[PHP-DEV] Addition of pg_lotell() and pg_loseek? From: Adam Haberlach (adam <email protected>)

        I'm working on a project that may need these two functions.
Is anyone else maintaining the postgres module and are they likely
to either fix this or object to me submitting a patch to add this
functionality?
