PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: Compile cant find Sybtcl .... Help!
./configure --with-sybase-ct=/usr/local/freetds --with-apxs=/usr/freeware/apache/sbin/apxs
This fails with a problem with sybtcl... a fairly well
know one from that....Can we fillet out, or make SybTCL
at least commentable or -Excludable?
